Mannarino flows, Atmane too…
Very complicated Monday for French tennis. After the elimination of Arthur Rinderknech, Adiran Mannarino and Terence Atmane bit the dust. While leading two sets to one against qualifier Francesco Maestrelli, Terence Atmane broke down, swept in the last two sets 6-1, 6-1. Still no victory in a Major for the surprise semi-finalist from Cincinnati. The veteran Mannarino did not exist against the Australian Rinka Hijikata. A 6-3, 6-3, 6-1 correction.
