Regarding the … Real Betis, the match against Villarreal, which will be played at La Cartuja starting at 9 p.m., will be directed by the Catalan Víctor García Verdura. The 31-year-old referee will be supported by Trujillo Suárez from the VAR.
García Verdura is in his third season as a referee in the First Division of Spanish football. So far, he has whistled a total of nine games against Betis, tomorrow being the fourth he has coached against Pellegrini’s team so far this season, all of them in LaLiga.
