Faced with thousands of supporters looking for a place, some are even offering tickets at 50,000 dirhams (around 4,600 euros) each. “They don’t have a heart, they don’t think about the people,” comments Soufiane, a Franco-Moroccan supporter living in Bezons (Val-d’Oise), about the resellers. “I would have preferred that these places were given free of charge to supporters who live for Morocco and know how to set the mood,” continues the 26-year-old man, more accustomed to observing the madness of grandeur in the context of his job as a crane operator.
