Olivier Pantaloni, the coach of Lorient who won in Monaco (3-1) on Friday evening, considered that his team “deserved” the three points, but, he added, it is when “a small feat” to take it to the Principality.
“Coming to win in Monaco, even if it’s a slightly sick team, it’s still something important and a small achievement for us”he said. However, he continued, “There is no need to cry scandal regarding this victory. On the contrary, everything that was done, both defensively and offensively, was done well. So, it seems deserved to me.”
