Minsk Tractor Plant is, first of all, a team spirit. And cohesion is not only evident in production departments. For the fifth year now, the MTZ football team has been competing in the amateur tournament “Premier League 5×5”. The idea to enter the amateur league was not born “for show.” The team needed growth – regular matches, tournament discipline, scoring. — Several years ago it became clear: constant tournaments are needed for development. Teamwork, schemes, working out outs, corners. You can explain in words endlessly, but without practice it is of little use,” says Artem Kendysh, coach of the Traktor physical education and sports club.
— During training you think, during the match you decide. And the speed of decision-making should correspond to the real game. We started in the second league. The level of the opponents there turned out to be high enough to learn from, but it was not prohibitive. The first season was difficult, in the second the team also did not take the lead. But then there was progressive growth: year after year, MTZ climbs up the league table, and the quality of the game becomes noticeably better.
