The Canary League of Boccia raised the curtain last Saturday, December 27 at the Municipal Sports Center of the Villa de Santa Brígidascene of a first day marked by equality, emotion and competitiveness from the first launch.
The event brought together athletes and assistants who were facing the start of the season with the logical nerves of the debut, especially for those who were making their debut in the competition.

Throughout the day a total of 10 meetingsreflecting the existing balance between the participants. Two of them ended in a draw, while four games were decided by less than three points, a fact that shows the enormous competitive equality in this league start.

In the individual section, the performances of Jesús Luján Martín (BC2) and Raquel Suárez Cruz (BC3)who managed to beat their respective rivals in the two games they played, marking an impeccable start to the season and establishing themselves as references from the first day. Both players showed tactical solidity, precision in launching and a great ability to manage the key moments of their matches.
