We residents of a group home in Skellefteå are dissatisfied with the municipality. They have withdrawn bus tickets and travel services for some of us. This results in us not being able to take part in activities offered within the Tuesday Club.
The staff are not allowed to drive us in their private cars, nor in the municipal cars. What should we do? Kulturhuset is not for everyone. We can’t afford to go to any event. Within Daily operations, we earn so poorly that it is completely impossible. We want to know why it has become like this!

It is a bit difficult to answer your questions as we do not know the whole background. But Skellefteå municipality has not withdrawn any permits for transport services. Possibly, it may be that a permit has expired and a new application for a permit for travel services has been refused. All decisions about transport services can be appealed to the administrative court.
The bus cards for those entitled to travel services were a trial operation that ended 2019-12-31 following a decision by the municipal council.
In the case of activities organized by a business, it is the business that must pay for the trip, then it is not a travel service.
