Deschamps, Wembanyama & Marchand: France’s 2026 Sporting Stars

Even year, great year? In sport, even years are synonymous with big events. 2026 has (at least) two in store for us with the Football World Cup next summer in North America and the Winter Olympics (February 6-22) in just over a month in Italy.

But 2026 certainly has plenty of other great sporting emotions in store with the European Swimming Championships in Paris, where we are expecting a certain Léon Marchand, Victor Wembanyama’s first NBA playoffs or even the debut at Red Bull of F1 prodigy Isack Hadjar. Come, we’re going to have a great time…
