Xinzhou Youth Home: January Courses – Unlock Your Potential

Since December, 10 young people have participated in the second women’s light rail small group class of the “Xinzhou Youth Night School”.

At the event site, the teacher divided the young people into yoga groups and light rail strength training groups based on their interests and hobbies. In the soothing music, everyone followed the teacher’s guidance, relaxed their body and mind through meditation, and relieved the fatigue of daily work and life with every breath. Subsequently, each group carried out targeted training in an orderly manner: the young people in the yoga group either raised their hands to stretch their shoulders and necks, or lay on their backs to stretch their waist and abdomen, feeling the connection between the body and the mind in the flow of postures; the light rail strength training group held dumbbells and gradually enhanced their muscle strength through standardized movements.

Wang Mou, a young night school student, said: “The experience of this event is unique. It not only strengthens the body, but also brings deep spiritual healing, which is very comfortable.”

Youth Night School January Course——

Junior Badminton Course

Activity introduction

In order to respond to the diversified learning and social needs of the youth groups in Xinzhou District, Xinzhou District Excellent Badminton Hall relies on professional venue resources and a high-quality coaching team to open badminton youth evening schools to create an “after-get off work sports charging station” for office workers and young students in the area, achieving a seamless connection between sports learning and daily work and life. The night school courses adhere to the core of “professional, inclusive and fun” and build a hierarchical and graded course system. An introductory class is opened for students with no basic knowledge. Senior coaches teach hand-to-hand grip posture, basic footwork and serve-receiving skills; advanced improvement classes are set up for enthusiasts with a certain foundation, focusing on the polishing of special skills such as lofty shots and smashes, and incorporating doubles tactics and physical training; at the same time, interesting practical classes are opened, through group confrontations, interesting challenges, etc., so that students can consolidate their skills and improve their ball feel in actual combat.
