Lawyer L. Anthony Sánchez, leader of the SISDENwas the one who filed the claim and demands that everything that happened be investigated and the ultimate consequences be reached.
For the lawyer, List No. 02 was originally registered with Juan Alberto Munar Mainetto as secretary and Óscar Javier Quiroz Ibáñez as treasurer. However, in the minutes of the July 6, 2025 meeting, the positions appeared reversed, positioning Munar as treasurer without prior approval.
He also accuses the Badminton Working Group of using this altered version to gain recognition of the Peruvian Sports Institute (IPD), subsequently achieving registration in SUNARP and RENADE.
On the other hand, the federation would have disseminated two versions of its directive: one for public opinion on social networks and another for official procedures, including the request for financial subsidies to the State.
The complainant also indicates that the practices of the ADA PERÚ organization, directed by Munar, have caused institutional crises that directly harm athletes, specifically mentioning problems with the certificates of Qualified Athletes (DC) that have prevented access to university scholarships.
Finally, the Electoral Committee is accused of omission of functions for not correcting the change of positions despite having access to the documentation.
