Osten had the right to use a corporate box at Morumbis, with capacity for 31 tickets per match, in addition to marketing properties such as advertising boards at the Barra Funda CT, brand exposure at games at the stadium, institutional actions, day-use at CFA de Cotia and other commercial activations linked to the club’s structures.
Intermediary wanted a car
In the full telephone conversation, Rita de Cassia Adriana Prado, involved in the skybox scandal in São Paulo, directly mentions the partnership with Osten Group in dialogue with directors Douglas Schwartzmann and Mara Casares. In the audio, Adriana shows dissatisfaction at not having received a vehicle and questions Douglas: “And what happened with Osten, Douglas? That everyone received the car and I didn’t?”
Wanted by the news report UOLOsten confirmed that Adriana acted as an intermediary at the beginning of the conversations, but categorically denied any agreement to supply a vehicle to the businesswoman. In an official note, the concessionaire states that Adriana’s participation was restricted to an initial presentation between the parties, without any type of promise or subsequent commitment.
“With regard to the contract negotiations and Ms. Rita de Cassia Adriana Prado’s claim that she would be entitled to receive a vehicle due to her supposed role in the negotiations, Osten clarifies that the aforementioned lady participated exclusively in the first meeting between representatives of Osten and São Paulo Futebol Clube, in the first quarter of 2025, limited to the initial presentation between the parties. At no time was there a promise, commitment, contractual link or any alignment, formal or informal, between the Osten Group and the Mrs. Rita de Cassia Adriana Prado as a result of this partnership”, says the statement. São Paulo, in turn, states that “she (Adriana) and Mr. Douglas Schwartzmann only put the club in contact with Osten”.
