Throughout the season, the ATP ranking podium remained unchanged. Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev occupied the top three world positions without interruption, without any other player managing to compete with them.

A first for 17 years

Such stability had not been observed since 2008, when Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal competed for the position of world number 1, while Novak Djokovic established himself as the third force on the circuit.

At the dawn of the 2026 season, Zverev’s position could be weakened in the event of a poor performance at the Australian Open.
