All qualifying rounds will be held at All Sam’s Tennis Club Funabashi (4-169 Asahi-cho, Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture).
●Reception starts 30 minutes before each meeting time. Please check the draw and schedule.
●Tardiness will not be accepted for any reason such as traffic congestion, delays in public transportation, etc. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
●Winners of the preliminary rounds will enter the main tournament (a lottery will be held at the tournament headquarters). Also, players who lose in the final of the preliminaries will become LL (Lucky Loser).
●The ranking of LL will be determined by lottery after the preliminary finals. Even if you lose in the preliminaries and finals, please be sure to hold a lottery at the tournament headquarters.
●The draw for the main draw will be decided by the day after the qualifying round and will be announced on this website.
