Halfway through the championship, the Columérins have 47 points, two fewer than Vannes, beaten the day before in Béziers (23-17). The Drômois, runners-up at kick-off, are in 3rd place on the podium, however with the same number of points as their evening opponents.

In the other poster of the evening, Biarritz with an omnipresent Kylian Jaminet and author of a try, put an end to four defeats in a row by stopping Oyonnax (5th, 39 pts) who remained on a good series of five successes in a row (42-17). An improved victory which gives balm to the hearts of the Biarrots (12th, 26 pts), sanctioned on Monday with a withdrawal of two penalty points after having already accused three at the start of the season.

The other big loser of the day, Provence Rugby (4th, 46 pts) lost to the poorly ranked Mont-de-Marsan which moved up one place and is now in 14th place (25-23).
