Arsenal beat Wolves 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium on matchday 16 of the 2025/2026 Premier League. Mikel Arteta’s team fought for 90 minutes and suffered more than they should have. He almost missed it in the epilogue, but Gabriel Jesus, with the help of Yerson Mosquera, dressed as a hero in the 93rd minute.
Arsenal were uncomfortable in the game from start to finish. Wolves, last in the Premier League and who have not yet won so far in the English football league season, with their noble weapons they gave the locals a difficult match.
