Two games, two defeats. The Czech under-18 national team, with a changed composition, did not do well at the event in Hodonín and lost to the Slovaks in the rematch, when they only scored at the end.
The Czechs were the first to concede again, this time from a counterattack two to none, which Karšay and Šromovský solved flawlessly. Both of them had a hand in the rest of the Slovaks’ hits. The Czech team made it difficult again with a mistake in their own power play and Karšay punished it before the end of the second period.
