Things to note
There will be no shuttle bus service after the clinic. If you are coming by car, please purchase your own parking ticket (White Ring Gravel Parking Lot/Mashima Gravel Parking Lot), or select Purchase Parking Ticket (1 car only) on the application form.
*If you apply for a parking ticket using the application form, please pay the parking ticket fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) at the reception desk on the day of the clinic.
