La Vega. — Club La Villa beat the Potros de La Matica 90-84 in an exciting fourth game of the semifinal series of the XXXI Superior Basketball Tournament of this city.
For La Villa, Alberson Pimentel led the offense with 28 points and 8 assists. He was accompanied by Anderson Mirambeaux, who contributed 18 points and 8 rebounds. Henry Féliz had an outstanding performance from the perimeter with 6 of 4 on long-distance shots and finished with 14 points. Randy Santos added 13 points, while John Feliz added 10 points.
For the Colts of La Matica, Juan Guerrero shone with a double double of 33 points and 18 rebounds. Bryan Rosado also had a solid performance with 27 points and 9 rebounds, and Michael Warren contributed 14 points.
The event continues this Sunday at 6:00 pm, when the team that will face Dosa in the final series scheduled for the best of 7-4 will be defined.
