4 – Regarding Darıca Basketball Feneri Sports Club’s Darıca Basketball Feneri Gelişim – Başakşehir Municipality KBBL competition played in Kocaeli on 30.11.2025, Article 79.4 of the Non-Contracted Basketball Leagues Management Principles Instruction. unanimously;
5 – Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club, due to the hall and audience incidents that took place in the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sports – Göztepe Türkiye Sigorta Turkey Basketball League competition played in Konya on 30.11.2025;
a. Since the action was carried out for the first time in the 2025-2026 season in the competition where the club is the host, it is subject to Article 38/1 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction. and 38/2. to be punished with a fine of 15,000.00 TL in accordance with the articles,

It is understood that the action caused an announcement in accordance with Article 62 of the Contracted Basketball Leagues Management Principles Instruction, and in addition to the penalty given considering the severity of the violation, Article 38/6 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction. unanimously;
6 – Çayırova Municipality Education Sports Club basketball player Enes Berkay Taşkıran, regarding the Gaziantep Basketball – Çayırova Municipality Türkiye Sigorta Türkiye Basketball League competition played in Gaziantep on 30.11.2025;
a. 31/1 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction due to its attack on personal rights. and 31/5. 31/3 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction, considering that the act was directed at the match officials. The penalty imposed in accordance with the article will be increased by ¼ and a fine of 37,500.00 TL will be imposed,
b. 33/2 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction due to his actual intervention that reached the level of attack. and 33/4. In accordance with the articles, he was punished with a fine of 45,000.00 TL, considering that the act was directed against the match officials, Article 33/5 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction. 7 – 31/1 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction due to the attack on the personal rights of Darüşşafaka Sports Club basketball player İsmail Karlenen in the Darüşşafaka Lassa – Parmos Hotel Bandırma Bordeaux Basketball Türkiye Sigorta Turkish Basketball League competition played in Istanbul on 29.11.2025. and 31/5. 31/3 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction, considering that the act was directed at the match officials. unanimously;
8 – Basketball Disciplinary Instruction Article 31/1 due to the attack on the personal rights of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club basketball player Enes Malik in the Karatay Belediyespor – İBB Spor TB2L competition played in Konya on 29.11.2025. and 31/5. To be punished with a fine of 10,000.00 TL in accordance with the articles, and to be punished with a fine of 7,500.00 TL by reducing the penalty by ¼, considering the written defenses containing sincere confession and regret as a reason for discretionary reduction regulated in Article 12 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction, unanimously;
9 – Teşvikiye Sports Club basketball player Ahmet Arda Aydın was subject to Article 33/2 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction due to his actual intervention, which reached the level of attack, in the Teşvikiye – Eskişehir 26 Basketball TB2L competition played in Istanbul on 29.11.2025. and 33/4. To be punished with a fine of 17,500.00 TL in accordance with the articles, and to be punished with a fine of 13,125.00 TL by reducing the penalty by ¼, considering the written defenses containing sincere confession and regret as a reason for discretionary reduction regulated in Article 12 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction, unanimously;
10 – Regarding the Çorlu Belediyesi – Kütahya Belediyespor TB2L competition played in Tekirdağ on 29.11.2025;
a. Çorlu Municipality Sports Club, due to the hall and spectator events; Since the action was carried out for the first time in the 2025-2026 season in the competition where the club is the host, it is subject to Article 38/1 of the Basketball Disciplinary Instruction. and 38/2. to be punished with a fine of 5,000.00 TL in accordance with the articles,
