“Blue month” festival: Kicking Off Inclusion for Autism Awareness
This past April, in recognition of Autism Awareness Month, the FVF teamed up with Autismo Dejando Huella for a special festival. The event saw 25 enthusiastic participants showcasing that football’s inclusive spirit knows no bounds.It was a powerful reminder that the sport can be a welcoming space for everyone.

The program kicked off with significant impact in the states of Aragua, Carabobo, Yaracuy, and Lara. here, young players, their coaches, and families engaged in meaningful educational and recreational activities. The core message was clear: to instill values of respect, honesty, solidarity, and fair play through shared experiences that bridge generational gaps.
World Football Week: “Vinotinto Day” Ignites Passion in Los teques
As part of FIFA’s global celebrations, the “Aligning Values” program made its way to Los Teques in the Miranda state. Over 60 youngsters,joined by their families,experienced a day of integration and recognition,earning the title of “Champions in Values.” Fun games, family skits, and football clinics created an unforgettable atmosphere. The presence of football legends like Jorge “Zurdo” Rojas and Daniel “Cari Cari” Noriega served as a powerful connection between past and present, inspiring the next generation.
Eastern Expansion: Monagas, Anzoátegui, and Sucre Embrace the Initiative
In June, the program extended its reach to the eastern regions of Venezuela, further cementing its commitment to inclusivity. In Monagas, 73 children from clubs like Sulmona FC and Academia Fariñas participated in activities alongside their parents. Anzoátegui hosted a gathering of 46 children, including several on the autism spectrum, highlighting the program’s adaptive approach. simultaneously occurring, in Cumaná, Sucre state, 80 boys and girls enjoyed a day filled with learning and community spirit. Former national team player Alexander Rondón was on hand,sharing his invaluable experience as both a player and a coach.
“Vinotinto Children’s Day”: A Celebration of Values, Smiles, and Family
In a nationwide effort, the FVF celebrated Children’s Day in collaboration with all 23 regional associations. A special event in La Guaira saw over 80 children from schools such as Sport Marítimo and FUNVASID participate, underscoring the program’s widespread impact.
