As a seasoned professional athlete, Cibulková possesses an innate understanding of discipline. “Certainly, discipline is one of the great things that sports gave me, but discipline was instilled in me by my parents from a young age. It was not something that I had to work on specifically, because I already had it in me – from upbringing. When I was little, there was no right – left, there were simply always designated guardrails – ‘this is how it will be and this is how it is done.’ So discipline is something that has always been close to me. Even now when losing weight, I showed it and she proved that when I put my mind to it and really want something, I can simply do it,” she shared.

This deeply ingrained discipline proved instrumental in her post-childbirth weight loss efforts. “Losing weight is mainly about the head.And as I also say – losing weight is 70% diet and the other 30% is exercise. Diet is extremely important and especially at the beginning it will start your metabolism a lot. You need to have that caloric deficit. For all of this, you really need to have a strong head and discipline,” Cibulková explained, consistently demonstrating her dietary and exercise routines to her followers.
