“We are planning security measures at the same level as in previous years. Among other things, Stonky Street will be closed,” FC Slovácko spokesman Marek Jurák told Deník.
In connection with this match, which the law enforcement officers in Uherské Hradiště evaluated as risky, they are preparing adequate security measures, which will include police officers from the order and traffic police, dog handlers, mounted police, criminal investigators or members of the anti-conflict team.
“We will supervise safety and public order not only in the immediate vicinity of the stadium, but also in other parts of the city. That is why we will monitor not only the arrival and movement of fans to the football stadium, but also their departure,” Radomír Šiška, a police spokesman in Uherské Hradiště, told Deník when asked. According to him, the match will require minor complications in traffic. “Therefore, we appeal to the observance of road traffic rules and strict respect for traffic signs, instructions of policemen, constables and organizers. We estimate the arrival of around 1,500 to 2,000 fans from all over the Czech Republic,” added the police spokesman.

Although, according to Marek Jurák, the Uhersko-Hradiště club registers an increased interest in the match, there were still enough tickets available at the box office on Thursday. However, their price of 600 and 500 crowns was criticized by some fans of 1. FC Slovácko on social networks.
“For those 600 CZK, is that some kind of package? What does one get with the ticket? Because it is quite audacious to say such an entrance fee for these results. If the entrance fee was two hundred and the rest was paid by the players for what they perform on the field, I would still understand,” says a contributor signed as David Růžička, for example, in a discussion on Facebook of 1. FC Slovácko. However, others dispute him and similar opinions. “The management, which gives the club millions (tens of millions) every year, is criticized by a guy who is not willing to give the club even 500 CZK as an entrance fee. It’s not a paradox,” asks another fan signed as Oldřich Šipka.
