The former pitcher, known for his fiery on-field presence, described a recent golf outing with Trump in Virginia.”When we play golf with him the last time in Virginia, the president hit the ball wonderfully, but it is a bit intense when you have 30 golf carts, and you have equipment SWAT and the Secret service around you,” Clemens recounted. Despite the heightened security, his admiration for Trump’s direct approach remained evident. “I love him. The reason I voted for him is because he has no nonsense, common sense and makes no sense. I love that of him,” he stated.

“I didn’t vote for Obama, but once he became our president, he was encouraging him to do somthing good for us, and that’s how I always feel that people should join.”
