Polish International 2025: Bourakkadi/Neumann Silver Medal

At the Polish International 2025 in Krakow, Malik Bourakkadi and Kenneth Neumann won silver in men’s double, while Bourakkadi also reached the quarter-finals with Leona Michalski in mixed.

The Polish International took place in Krakow from September 18 to 21, 2025 – a tournament of the International Series.

Quarter -finals in mixed for Bourakkadi/Michalski

Bourakkadi and Michalski started the tournament as the top -set duo in the mixed. They played into the quarter -finals without difficulty and met the Japanese Shuji Sawada and Haruna Tamaki. Despite a strong performance and a set win, they had to give up the later tournament winners after three exciting rounds 13:21, 21:17, 14:21.

Sovereign appearances in the men’s double

On the side of Kenneth Neumann, Bourakkadi also led the seed list in the men’s double-and impressively justified this role. The two did not give up a single sentence until the final – in the semi -finals the Irish duo Scott Guildea and Paul Reynolds defeated in the semi -finals confidently with 21:16, 21:14. Old acquaintances were waiting again in the final: Shuji Sawada, successful in the mixed final, competed together with Tsubasa Yoshida. Bourakkadi/Neumann delivered a combative performance in a close duel at eye level, but had to give up almost 17:21, 20:22.

Kenneth Neumann drawn a positive conclusion:
“It was our first International Series tournament for a long time, so we primarily wanted to collect game practice and bring aspects from training to the court-we did very well. Our goal was the final, we achieved that. Even if we missed it in the end, we are satisfied with the appearance and are now looking forward to the next task in Abu Dhabi.”

Look ahead: Al ain Masters 2025
