Tuesday, October 21, 2025 Is there a general meeting in Hareskov Badminton starting at. 19.00 i The cafeteria in Hareskovhallen.
As always, the annual report is presented by the chairman, the exercise chairman and the youth chairman as well as the accounts for last year. In continuation of this, the coming year’s budget is also presented, including the quota, which must be approved by the general meeting.
Then it is election to the board, and on election this year is treasurer and youth chairman. If there are members who want to influence the club’s activities and develop the club, and are interested in contributing voluntarily as a board member, we hear from the board very much like you.
In addition to these points, it is always possible at the general meeting to make proposals. If any of the club’s members have a proposal that is to be taken up by the General Meeting, this must be sent in writing to the Board of Directors Most recently on October 7, 2025 at mail@harskovbadminton.dk.
Finally, the agenda for the general meeting will be sent out no later than 8 days before the general meeting.
