The Tour of Spanish Tour’s counter-montre stage scheduled for Thursday over 27.2 km in Valladolid will be reduced to 12.2 km, for “security reasons” linked to the Propaletinian demonstrations, announces the organization of the cycling race on Wednesday evening.
