Tennis star Sabine Lisicki shares private photos with her daughter

The professional athlete became a mother in September last year. Now Sabine Lisicki is celebrating her daughter’s first birthday.
In March 2024, tennis star Sabine Lisicki surprised her fans twice: she not only revealed that she is engaged, but also made her pregnancy public. “Life has many surprises ready for you, including this. My fiance and I look forward to the exciting journey,” she announced at the time for a photo on Instagram that shows her hand in that of her partner.
It is not known who the man is at your side. The professional athlete keeps her relationship out of the public. The daughter saw the light of day six months later. Now Bella celebrated her first birthday.
“What an incredible year that was – a year full of premieres, full of laughter and tears, full of lessons and countless valuable memories. Above all, it was a year full of love,” wrote Sabine Lisicki about her latest post and immediately shared a whole series of pictures with her daughter.
The first photo is a current one on which the tennis star holds the birthday child in his arms. Both have their back on the camera and look at colorful balloons. Other pictures that you can see by clicking on the arrow on the right show joint moments of the past twelve months.
“It was also a little turbulent – from the evacuation with a newborn during a hurricane to the return to a city that had changed forever,” says Sabine Lisicki, who lives in Florida at times. There are snapshots from the tennis court and from vacation.
“This trip was the most difficult, but also the most beautiful adventure of my life,” sums up the athlete and then aims at Bella: “You have already taught me so much and see the world through your eyes, make everything brighter, softer and magical. You make our world more beautiful, just because you are there. I love you to the moon and back, my little daughter.”
In March, Sabine Lisicki announced in a video message at the international tourism exchange in Berlin that she wanted to return to the tennis court after her baby break. A permanently planned starting point is the new WTA-125 tournament in Mallorca, which takes place from October 4 to 12, 2025.
