Important information

Early bird-periode
Both subscribers and non-subscribers can purchase subscriptions during the Early Bird period. This Early-Bird period starts on Wednesday 3 September at 12.30 pm. Subscribers enjoy the advantage that their permanent seat remains exclusively reserved for them for 10 days. Up to and including Friday 12 September 11.59 pm.

Stand -stand
UEFA obliges us to transform the stand stand into a sitting stand. This makes the capacity in this part of the stadium more limited. Subscribers from the standing stand cannot therefore automatically retain their permanent place. Here the principle applies first come, first serve. Are you a subscriber in the stand stand and are you unable to cash in your usual place in time? Then you can still buy a subscription in one of the following grandstands: C/CC – E/EE – P/PP – UU. This is done at the same rate as a subscription to the stand stand.

When can I use my club card as a access ticket as a supporter?

If all 4 criteria below are met:

      • You have a subscription for the 25/26 season

      • Your subscription applies to the sitting stand

      • You bought a ticket in the priority period

      • You bought a ticket for the same seat as your subscription

If all 4 metthen your ticket will be charged on your club card. In this case you do not need an e-ticket. If you do not meet one of these conditions, you will only enter the stadium with your e-ticket.

So if you bought a ticket or subscription in the stand stand, you have to use an e-ticket.

Make sure you print your ticket in advance, since there is no possibility to print tickets in or around the stadium.

If you have an e-ticket via your mobile, make sure that the screen brightness is at maximum and you have downloaded it to the stadium before arrival.

This also applies to all subscribers of the standing stand; They must use e-tickets.
Tribune South = atmospheric tribune

The Stand Tribune has been guaranteeing atmosphere management in the Cegeka Arena, including impressive Tifos. Both the standing grandstand (subjects q to you) and the sitting stand (QQ to UU courses) on the south side, just like this season, become more than ever the drivers of our team.
