While two of the three stages (each one will be twice) have already been partially included in the various configurations both on the “Kurzeme” rally and in the minirally tracks of previous years, one is brand new and will be located in the business park.
“At the moment, it seems that for the second time this special stage will be difficult to organize, but if athletes appreciate it, let’s work to return there to once again,” the Swedish reveals.
Traditionally, the minirally center will be set up in the Awakening Garden, from 13:00 the participants will be spent in the stages and welcome back at the end of the day to reward the fastest and most successful crews at 7:30 pm.
The service area, on the other hand, will be located near the northern pier, in the same place where last summer was the Service Park for the World Rally Championship (WRC).
Currently, the minirally has already applied for Karosta at www.minirallijs.lv than 50 crews. For anyone who wants to try their hand at a standard car race, it is up to August 22.
