Toluca, Méx.– The Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEMÉX) announced the opening of registrations for the 2025-2026 cycle of the Sports Training Center (CEFOR), a program designed to boost the physical, mental and social development of children and young people in the Toluca Valley, through comprehensive sports training.
From July 1 to 16, parents will be able to register their children in a wide variety of disciplines. The main objective of CEFOR is to offer a professional and safe environment where participants not only acquire technical skills, but also strengthen values such as discipline, teamwork and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
For this new cycle, the UAEMÉX CEFOR will offer training in ten sports disciplines. Among the available sports ones are basketball, soccer association, room volleyball and flag bump. Likewise, individual options such as athletics on the track, Bádminton, aerobic gymnastics, Karate Do, Taekwondo and table tennis, with specialized coaches and suitable spaces for each practice are provided.
Registration will be carried out in person at the offices located within the “Adolfo López Mateos” Sports Unit, in Mariano Matamoros 1006, Colonia Universidad, in Toluca. The schedule of attention is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
