The award will fall on the bidding company that makes the most economically advantageous proposition, taking into account as the only award criterion, the economic offer and being the maximum total valuation of 100 points:
The proposals submitted will be properly homogenized before being scored.
At the best economic proposal of each of the maximum unit prices established (maximum unit price of an anti-Andalian handball/football goal and maximum unit price of a game of two antivandal handballs of handball/football-sola), the maximum score of 50 points will be attributed.
To the rest proportionally, according to the following formula:
P = (50 x MIN) / OF
Being:
- P = score obtained
- Min = more advantageous offer
- Of = offer that is valued
Offers that exceed the maximum unit prices will be excluded from the procedure
