Leverkusen-Bayer Leverkusen has landed a transfer coup with the commitment of Jarell Quansah from FC Liverpool, which further heats up the competitive situation with Bayern Munich. The 22-year-old central defender, who is considered one of the most promising talent of England, will switch to the workself with a contract by 2030. Bayern competitor with expensive newcomers
Jarell Quansah started his career in his hometown Warrington at the Woolston Rovers before moving to Liverpool FC at the age of five. There he went through all youth teams and gained initial experience in the professional area during a loan to the Bristol Rovers. Quansah celebrated great success in the English youth selection teams. Quansah’s transfer is not only sporty, but also financially significant for Bayer Leverkusen. The transfer fee of up to 40 million euros makes him the most expensive new addition of the association. Liverpool has also secured a right of surrender, which makes the deal attractive for both sides.
