Chen Jiaxing was invited to speak at the closing ceremony of the 4th Badminton Masters Tournament hosted by the Perak Ipoh Amateur Badminton Association, pointing out that the Perak Ipoh Amateur Badminton Association successfully hosted this Badminton Masters Tournament, fully reflecting the association’s professionalism and enthusiasm in badminton promotion.

He said that the successful holding of this event not only enhanced the influence of Perak badminton in the country and even internationally, but also brought the benefits of sports economy and tourism to the city of Ipoh. Badminton from various countries exchanged and discussed here, which is not only a sports competition, but also a manifestation of civil diplomacy.

He will also report to the Youth and Sports Ministry to report on the results of the Badminton Masters hosted by the Perak Ipoh Amateur Badminton Association. The event attracts amateur players from many countries to participate, not only promote the development of local badminton sports, but also strengthen international friendly exchanges. He hopes to gain more support through this, continue to hold high-level events, and discover and cultivate more badminton rookies.

Wu Xihua: Exercise can cultivate discipline

Bingrugang State Assemblyman Wu Xihua said that in order to promote the development of badminton in our country, all sectors of society should work together to actively drive the younger generation to participate. Youth is the future of the country. Their physical and mental development needs healthy and beneficial sports as support. Badminton is a national sport suitable for all ages. Badminton is not only a highly competitive sport, but also a good way to cultivate discipline, perseverance and team spirit.

He called on parents to jointly create a supportive environment, not only providing venues and equipment, but also encouraging children to participate in training and competitions, cultivate interest and love for badminton, discover and cultivate potential rookies, and give them the opportunity to move to a higher competitive stage.

Lai Guanlai: Provides opportunities for players to communicate

Lai Guanlai, chairman of the Perak Ipoh Amateur Badminton Association, said in his speech at the closing ceremony that the association has always adhered to the purpose of promoting badminton, cultivating young players and promoting community participation, and is committed to creating more high-quality events and training platforms. He hopes that by holding such large-scale competitions, it will not only provide exchange opportunities for players, but also allow Ipoh to have a place on the badminton map. He also thanked all units for their support, including national and state legislators, sponsors and volunteer teams for their selfless efforts, which prompted the successful completion of this event.
