HEESWIJK -DINTHER – The billiard finals Driebanden and Libre van de Zomerkomkoep were played at Cafe de Zwaan on Saturday 28 June. In two months, 22 teams fought for those coveted places in the final. Eventually the players of Zwaan 6 and Party17-1 for three cushion and party17-3 and party17-6 for Libre came to this great honor. The tension could be felt in a swirling and busy arena near the swan. The atmosphere was good. At Libre, the men of Party17-3 left with the victory, see first photo. At three cushion, the men of Party17-1 left with the victory, photo 2.
Party17-1 and Party17-3 (playing at Party17 in Heeswijk-Dinther, formerly Elsie) can therefore call themselves champions of the Zomerkomoep for a year. This was celebrated in an exuberant way and it remained restless in Heeswijk-Dinther for a long time …
