Chamber of Commerce and Industry Conference Hall held in the general assembly Sivas Governor Yilmaz Simsek, Mayor Adem Uzun, TFF 1st Deputy Chairman Mecnun Otyakmaz, MPs, Provincial Directors, Political Party and NGO representatives and delegates attended.
The meeting started with the presidential election after the opening and polling. After the silence and the reading of the National Anthem, the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors were read and released and new memberships and dues were decided.
“Now time to clamp”
Speaking at the General Assembly, Sivas Governor Yılmaz Şimşek stated that he started the “Vefa Season” in the 58th anniversary of Sivasspor:
“We are here for a new start. Now it is time to talk to hope. he said.
“We will go to the Super League”
Sivas Mayor Adem Uzun said that they will continue to be with the club:
“We fell from the league as this city, but we will return to the Super League together.” He said.
“We will go back stronger”
TFF 1st Deputy Chairman Mecnun Otyakmaz also draws attention to the potential of the community:
“Sivasspor will stand up again in the 2025-2026 season and will return strongly.” he said.
“We put our whole body under the stone, not our hands”
The new President Gökhan Karagöl said in his speech by thanking the former presidents who contributed to Sivasspor:
“Yigit gets up from where it fell, not our hands, we put our whole body under the stone. We aim for sustainable projects and a strong economy.

Deputy Hakan Aksu said, “We will overcome this process with our President of Gökhan in a short time.” He said.
