Alvaro Vitali died in Rome this afternoon. He was 75 years old.

Alvaro Vitali had been hospitalized two weeks ago “for a recurrence bronchopneumonite”, as his ex -wife Stefania Corona said in an interview with the media a few days ago.
In his career Vitali took part in over 80 films, the vast majority of which linked to the character of Pierino or in any case of the comedy alongside heroines of the sexy comedy such as Edvige Fenech, Nadia Cassini, Carmen Russo. His gold season in the cinema is between the 70s and 80s. From the following decade his apparitions had gradually become more rare to fall into a real oblivion.
