Metapán dominated the court last night, securing thier ninth victory in the basketball League (LMB) Tigo Sports 2025 with a resounding 114-81 win over Izalco’s Brujos (Wizards). The game, held at the Abel Mazariego sports center in Calera, showcased Metapán’s offensive firepower and cemented their position as a serious contender in the league.

The five-time league champions, Metapán, now boast 23 points, placing them fourth tied with Salvadorans. Both teams are chasing the undefeated San Salvador, who currently lead the league by four points. This victory is crucial for Metapán as they look to close the gap and challenge for the top spot.

From the tip-off, Metapán established their dominance.
