Having mentioned that, I’m confident Luka will make it as a reserve, assuming he’s healthy.

Chauncey Billups: It’s mind-blowing. Twenty-one All-Star selections—that’s longevity,consistency,and greatness personified. LeBron continues to defy Father Time. Even if his vote margins were narrower compared to previous years,his presence on the court is still monumental. He’s earned every bit of this recognition.
moderator: What about Kevin Durant? There’s been some chatter that this might be one of his less dominant seasons, yet he still made the starting lineup. Do you think he belongs there?
Chauncey Billups: Durant is Durant.Even in a “down” year, he’s still averaging over 25 points per game and shooting efficiently. His skill set is unmatched, and he’s a walking bucket. I don’t think there’s any debate about him deserving a starting spot.
Moderator: Nikola Jokic seems like a no-brainer. He’s in the MVP conversation yet again and continues to redefine what a center can do. What makes him so special?
Chauncey Billups: Jokic is a unicorn. He’s not just a dominant scorer and rebounder; his passing and basketball IQ are off the charts. He makes everyone around him better, and that’s what separates him from other big men. I don’t see anyone challenging him as the top center in the league right now.
Moderator: One name conspicuously missing from the starting lineup is Victor Wembanyama. Some fans feel he deserved a spot after his breakout season. Do you agree?
Chauncey Billups: Wembanyama’s future is incredibly bright, and he’s already showing why he was the #1 pick. But let’s be real—the players who made it are legends and perennial All-Stars. Wembanyama’s time will come, and I’m sure he’ll be in the running for a reserve spot. It’s just tough to crack that starting five in the West.
