TSV 1860 Munich has officially appointed Nico Masetzky as the new assistant coach for their professional squad.The 35-year-old will join the Lions on the training field starting Tuesday morning.
Masetzky brings a rich history with the club,having previously served as the head scout for TSV 1860 Munich’s youth academy between 2018 adn 2020. His coaching journey includes roles as an assistant coach for the U19 team, followed by stints with Türkgücü Munich, Waldhof Mannheim, and Hansa Rostock’s senior teams. Notably, during his time at Waldhof Mannheim and Hansa Rostock, he collaborated closely with Patrick Glöckner, further honing his expertise.
The Lions extend their warmest wishes to Masetzky for a smooth transition and a accomplished tenure with the team.
