Empowering students Thru Technology and inspiration: SPRIX Launches “Shibuya Sakura Harmony”

To celebrate the launch and offer a unique experiential event, SPRIX invited Olympic judo champions Hifumi Abe and uta Abe as special guests to the “Shibuya Sakura Harmony” opening ceremony on January 14th. Despite a demanding schedule that frequently enough prevented her from attending classes, she persevered, attending classes at the front of the room for three years. This unwavering commitment to both her studies and judo, she believes, ultimately contributed to her success.hifumi Abe emphasized the importance of self-belief and planning in managing pre-competition nerves. He stressed that confidence in one’s efforts can alleviate stress and pressure, a message that resonates deeply with students facing exams.
Both athletes highlighted the crucial role of preparation in achieving success. Uta Abe emphasized that meticulous preparation instills confidence on the day of competition, while Hifumi Abe shared his strategy of visualizing challenging scenarios to develop resilience and composure in the face of adversity.
