What advice would you give to paul Sabatino as he takes on the role of mayor?
Marie: Listen to the people. Understand their needs, their concerns, and their hopes for the future of Rove. Be transparent, be accountable, and always strive for open interaction. Lead with integrity and remember that you are serving the community, not yourself.
