Marco Rossi: It’s a tough ask, no doubt. Carignano’s goal difference isn’t great,and they’ve struggled to find consistency. but Bertani has the experience and tactical nous to make a difference. He’s good at identifying weaknesses in his opponents and formulating plans to exploit them.

Marco Rossi: Absolutely. There are still plenty of games left, and the Promozione is notoriously unpredictable. A few wins can dramatically change the outlook.Bertani just needs to get the players believing in themselves again and instill a winning mentality. He has a knack for doing that.
Moderator: What kind of impact do you expect Bertani’s potential new assistant, Filippo Sanacore, to have?
Marco Rossi: Sanacore is a solid addition. His experience as a team manager will be invaluable. He’ll help Bertani with the day-to-day running of the squad, allowing the coach to focus on tactics and player advancement. A strong management duo can create a positive habitat and enhance the team’s overall performance.
Moderator: Looking at Carignano’s current statistics – 20 points from 17 games – what areas do you think Bertani should prioritize?
Marco Rossi: Clearly, defense is a major concern. They’ve conceded 26 goals, which is too many at this level. bertani needs to shore up the backline and get a better balance between attack and defense. He’ll also need to find a way to get the team scoring more goals consistently.
