In the second hour, Venezuela, the host team of the tournament, played. La Vinotinto achieved the three points by beating Colombia 1-0, with a score by Jovanny Bolívar in the 34th minute.

In this way, group A has Brazil leading, and already classified for the next round, with 9 points, followed by Ecuador, which has 7. For its part, Venezuela appears further down, with 5, Bolivia, with 1, and Colombia, without units.
