Kipfenberg – Last week, VfB Kipfenberg, gymnastics department, started its program again. The parent-child gymnastics with Andrea Brosig and Martina Hanikel will take place again on Mondays from 4 to 5 p.m. The children from 4 to 6 years do gymnastics on Tuesdays from 4 to 5.30 p.m. with Ines Püschel and Daniela Müller and those from 6 to 8 years on Thursdays from 4 to 5.30 p.m. with Sabine Stoss. Afterwards, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., there will be jazz dance training under the direction of Manuela Hammer. On Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. performance-oriented apparatus gymnastics takes place in the new school gym in Kipfenberg. The basics apparatus gymnastics from 8 years is offered on Wednesdays from 5 to 6.30 p.m. Florian Hackner is the contact person for both groups. All children from the age of 8 who like to exercise but don’t just want to do gymnastics meet Astrid Licklederer in the new gym on Fridays from 4 to 5.30 p.m. and everyone who wants to do judo meets at the same time in the old hall with Lena Schönhut.
The adults train with Marille Huber on Mondays in the new school gym for ballooning from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and PUR from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fascia training takes place on Tuesdays from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. in the old gym. Gentle gymnastics with Monika Sohmen is offered on Wednesdays from 6.30 to 7.30 p.m., followed by women’s gymnastics from 7.30 to 8.30 p.m. with Sieglinde Heckel and Sigrid Heinz. Claudia Reitzer and Susanne Schönhut offer stool gymnastics on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The volleyball players will also meet again on Friday evenings from 8 to 9 p.m., led by Frank Elsbroeck and Angelika Obermeier.
