Félix Lebrun held the second world ranking and Alexis Lebrun sat at ninth in the world prior to the tournament, joined in the men’s main draw by Simon Gauzy, Thibault Poret, and Flavien Coton. The French women’s roster features Jianan Yuan, Prithika Pavade, and Charlotte Lutz in the main singles draw, alongside several qualifiers.
Qualifying Battles Open Beijing Campaign
Qualification action began with mixed results for the French delegation. In the first round of women’s qualifiers, Claire Picard defeated Constantina Psihogios 3-2, Camille Lutz beat Gaia Monfardini 3-1, and Audrey Zarif overcame Jessica Reyes Lai 3-1, while Isa Cok fell 1-3 to Zhu Chengzhu, according to fftt.com.
