Ticket Allocation and Application Deadlines

The sports promotion initiative offers second-tier unreserved seating (2階自由席) for applicants who live, work, or study in Tokyo. Organizers have set aside 100 pairs of tickets (200 seats) for each game day, creating a total capacity of 700 pairs or 1,400 tickets across the seven fixtures.

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis through a dedicated online form, with intake closing as soon as each allocation reaches capacity. Because deadlines vary depending on the match date, applicants must submit their requests according to the following schedule:

  • For matches on November 4, 7, and 8: Deadline is October 23 at 23:59 JST.
  • For matches on November 14 and 15: Deadline is October 30 at 23:59 JST.
  • For matches on November 28 and 29: Deadline is November 13 at 23:59 JST.

Children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend the games.

Terms, Conditions, and Distribution Policy

Successful applicants will receive their two unreserved tickets directly via postal mail to the address provided in their application, which serves as the official notice of selection. The sports promotion organizers enforce strict rules regarding ticket distribution and data privacy.

Ticket transfer, resale, exchange for cash, or listing on auction platforms is strictly prohibited. Personal information collected through the application form is used exclusively for ticket fulfillment and sending club updates in accordance with the Tachikawa Dice privacy policy.

Metropolitan Sports Promotion Strategy

The ticket giveaway operates under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s sports spectator initiative, designed to grant residents broad access to domestic and international sporting events. The program aligns with the administrative framework of “Strategy 16: Sports” under the broader “2050 Tokyo Strategy,” which aims to foster community engagement and support local athletic organizations.

For inquiries regarding match schedules and ticketing procedures, the Tama Sports Club operating office can be reached at 042-512-8177 or via email at [email protected] between 9:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. Inquiries concerning the metropolitan spectator project should be directed to the Project Promotion Division of the Sports General Promotion Department under the Sports Promotion Headquarters.
