Ces traits décrivent l’enfance d’un Sim adulte et se donnent comme n’importe quel trait.
Activating the Testing Console and Cuisine Backgrounds
Applying these traits functions similarly to any standard trait addition within the game. Players must first enter the testingcheats true command.
Once cheats are enabled, specific command strings can be entered to grant Sims distinct childhood backgrounds that influence their adult gameplay. For example, the trait for Sims who loved global cuisines as children—which accelerates their Gourmet Cooking skill progression as adults—is activated using the command traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_AboutCuisine.
Similarly, players can assign a scientific childhood background using traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_AboutScience, or give their adult Sims an amateur photography background with traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_AmateurPhotographer.
Boosting Careers and Skill Advancement
Several childhood inspiration codes directly impact career advancement and skill acquisition for adult Sims. The aspiring author trait, which helps Sims progress faster in the Author career, is triggered by entering traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_AspiringAuthor.
For Sims inclined toward mischief, the supreme nuisance trait—designed for Sims who spent their youth pulling pranks and now build the Mischief skill more quickly—requires the command traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_BeAnnoying. Meanwhile, players looking to fast-track a criminal career path can apply the rogue childhood trait using traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_BeARogue.
Academic Focus and Survival Traits
Academic and lifestyle traits are also available. Sims who were model students keep their Inspired moodlets longer in adulthood via traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_BeAGoodStudent.
Those who focused on nature and survival can receive outdoor enthusiast traits using traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_BeAnOutdoorEnthusiast and survivalist codes like traits.equip_trait trait_Reward_ChildhoodInspiration_BeASurvivalist.
Imaginary Friends and Specialized Memories
Other specialized traits cover adventurous backgrounds and hobbies.
