The SCG Judo Graulhet club has structured its weekly schedule to accommodate all age groups, offering classes ranging from early childhood development to adult martial arts training, according to regional reporting. Affiliated with the French Judo Federation, the organization operates out of the Noël Pélissou stadium and features coaching directed by BPJEPS-certified instructor Manuel Decroix.
Weekly Training Schedule for Children and Teens
Programs for younger participants are segmented by age to support developmental milestones. Baby Judo sessions for children aged four to five run on Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. For children aged six to eight, training takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Older youths aged nine to 14 practice on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Adult Instruction and Specialized Disciplines
Adult classes and specialized programs are scheduled throughout the late afternoon and evening hours. Adult judo sessions are held on Fridays from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for UV2 preparation. Taïso-training fitness sessions also take place on Fridays from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Groundfighting and form practice, covering Katas and Ne waza, are scheduled on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
