Open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced players alike, the event features a structured format spanning two days of competition.
Saturday Singles and Sunday Partnership Doubles
Competition kicks off on Saturday morning following a joint welcome session and warm-up period running from 08:30 to 09:00 local time. Saturday’s play focuses entirely on singles matches, running from 09:00 to 16:00, followed by a medal ceremony from 16:00 to 17:00. Sunday shifts to a doubles format operating from 08:30 to 11:30, preceded by morning briefings and warm-ups at 08:00. Organizers pair players for Sunday doubles based on skill compatibility. A closing medal ceremony takes place Sunday from 11:30 to 12:00. Minor schedule adjustments may occur.

Participating Clubs and Regional Representation
The participating organizations include Højbjerg Badminton Klub, KIFU, Nordals Badmintonklub, Parasport Helsingør, Parasport Aalborg/Lindholm Badmintonklub, and Stubbekøbing Badmintonklub. International and regional representation rounds out with Badmintonfelag Hafnarfjardar and Íþróttafélagið Ívar from Iceland, Moss Badmintonklubb from Norway, and NESTimersoqatigiit Kattuffiat, representing the Greenland Sports Confederation.
