Nicolò Tresoldi claims the status of the most valuable player in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League following a €10 million valuation increase that places him at €35 million, according to figures published by Transfermarkt. The 22-year-old Club Brugge forward has climbed for the fourth time over the past year, starting from a €9 million valuation twelve months ago. His current market value matches that of Maximilian Beier among German centre-forwards, trailing only two other peers nationally while topping the entire Belgian top flight.
Club Brugge Roster Valuation Surge
Club Brugge dominates the upper tier of the league valuations, with the Champions League participant’s squad value crossing the €200 million threshold to reach €238.2 million after a nearly €40 million overall increase. That total places the Belgian champions roughly on par with SC Freiburg in the Bundesliga. Joel Ordóñez holds second place in the league behind Tresoldi at €33 million, while teammate Joaquin Seys climbs €7 million to €27 million to secure third place outright. Additional squad contributions come from Kyriani Sabbe, whose value rises €5 million to €13 million, and Han-beom Lee, who moves up €4 million to €7 million.
Transfermarkt Area Manager Bart Tamsyn noted the trajectory of the club’s market standing.
Tamsyn stated regarding the striker, whose physical profile as a target player allows him to function as an outlet for long balls while maintaining positional discipline inside the penalty area. Tamsyn added that if Club Brugge secures domestic honours and reaches the knockout stages of the Champions League while Tresoldi continues his scoring rate, he could become the first player in league history to transfer for more than €40 million.

Lucca Brughmans Sets Record Valuation for Young Goalkeeper
Lucca Brughmans registers the steepest upward movement in the league, with the 18-year-old goalkeeper jumping 400 percent from €4 million to €20 million ahead of his upcoming move to Liverpool. Brughmans remains on loan at KRC Genk until the end of the season. Tamsyn explained that the valuation reflects the €33 million transfer fee agreed with Liverpool despite the player having appeared in fewer than 15 top-flight matches, setting a historic high for a goalkeeper under the age of 21.
Two other German players also record gains in the update. Mateo Biondic, who arrived at Union Saint-Gilloise at the start of the year from fourth-tier side Eintracht Trier, climbs from €2 million to €7 million after establishing himself as a regular starter following an initial period shaped by injuries. Marten Winkler, now in the service of RSC Anderlecht, moves from €2 million to €4 million.
Downward Revisions for Loaned Talents
Arthur Vermeeren experiences the largest decrease in the update, dropping €5 million to €15 million in his third valuation reduction. The player, on loan at Royal Antwerpen from RB Leipzig, has faced a difficult start to the campaign as Antwerpen collected a single point from five league fixtures. Tamsyn attributed the adjustment to a combination of Antwerpen’s struggles and the recognition that the Jupiler Pro League operates below the competitive baseline of the Bundesliga, Ligue 1, or La Liga.

Sverre Nypan, on loan from Manchester City at Lommel SK, similarly drops €3 million to €10 million. The 19-year-old Norwegian struggled for regular starts before a thigh injury sidelined him at the end of August.
KRC Genk and Union Saint-Gilloise Increase Squad Values
Behind Club Brugge, KRC Genk stands as the second most valuable squad in the Jupiler Pro League at €122.9 million following a €24.4 million increase. Union Saint-Gilloise adds €25.7 million to its total squad value, while KAA Gent increases by €19.5 million, led by Tibe De Vlieger’s €5 million rise to an €8 million valuation.
